If eligible, to return your product, you should email info@aseechelon.com to begin the process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Asé Echelon will only pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
