- Shipping typically takes 4-6 business days via USPS, but delays from the courier can happen.

- Exchanges and returns are allowed on handbags if there is an issue and must be initiated within 14 DAYS of the order delivery.
- Merchandise must be in unused condition with all labels attached to the product.
- We do not accept returns on face masks or jewelry as these are health & safety items.
