Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations
If you signed up for a class, you may cancel your class online through our app.
Reservations that are no-showed or canceled less than 1 hour prior to the start of class will be charged as follows:
-Class packs and limited memberships will be deducted one class from the pack or monthly allowance
-Unlimited members will be charged $5
To cancel an unlimited monthly membership, email whats@updogyogacommunity with the request 30 days in advance of your cancellation date.
Freezing Packages/Memberships
We are happy to extend packages or freeze memberships for injury, sickness or extended travel. Please email requests to whats@updogyogacommunity.com
