You have up to 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to exchange it for another size or request a return. Remember, e. Laniese is not responsible for the cost of this type of return or any other related costs. When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:

• Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition.

• When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. Bear in mind that in the case of returns by mail, e. Laniese will not accept cash on delivey and will not pay the delivery or return charges.

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
