Large orders may be upgraded to Priory Mail shipping at the discretion of the shop owner. Orders shipped to the US and some overseas destinations include tracking that you can access from your Shopify receipt page. If the US Postal Service does not track packages to your country, you will still see a customs number once your order has been mailed. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.   Lost or Stolen Items Prisca is NOT responsible for stolen items that read DELIVERED on Carriers/Delivery Company’s website. Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.   Returns and Exchanges I gladly accept returns and exchanges contact me within 14 days of delivery.
