Orders are typically processed (pre-shipment) within 3-6 business days. However, due to the current logistics environment, orders may take up to 14 business days to be shipped.
Pre-orders will ship during the dates listed at time of purchase.
Separate orders or orders with multiple items will be combined, and may require extra processing time.
Shipping typically takes 4-6 business days via USPS, but delays from the courier can happen.
We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Exchanges and returns are allowed on handbags if there is an issue and must be initiated within 14 DAYS of the order delivery.
Merchandise must be in unused condition with all labels attached to the product.
We do not accept returns on face masks or jewelry as these are health & safety items.
All sale items are final.
